Don’t believe the reviews, most reviews are from management or they bribed people with liquor to leave positive reviews. Fire alarms going off all times of the day and night, I can’t wait to get out of this place, walls are paper thin you can hear everything, things always break, cheap appliances and materials used in this building, also if you car gets hit in the parking lot cameras don’t work, I don’t think any of the cameras in the building work

Apartment is good and all. But since we have moved in 3 months ago, the fire alarm has rang 12-13 times especially during the weekends or after midnights. Just this last Saturday fire alarm started at 1:30 am till 2 pm in the afternoon. Saddest thing is how common this thing has become that not more than 5-6 people come downstairs during the fire alarm as they know it would be a false one. They should be compensating the residents for this recurring inconvenience.

Apartments are fine, but the fire alarm CONSTANTLY going off at all hours is starting to become irritating. It claims it’s always being fixed or resolved, but they aren’t. As I type this, it’s going off.

Very disappointed living here. The initial move in process was a breeze for us over a year ago, but once you move in it’s a different story. Hallways and stairwells are not the cleanest and neither is the trash room most of the time. Walls are paper thin and upstairs walking is super loud. If you are on the swamp side, there are so many bugs outside you won’t even be able to open your balcony door without a hundred flying in so forget being able to enjoy your balcony/outdoor area. At the end of the first term, rent goes up hundreds. Not even one parking spot is free, you have to pay when street parking is not even an option. For the past year, faulty fire alarm goes off randomly including in the middle of the night. Residents were told it was resolved but it clearly hasn’t been. The leasing office states this is a luxury building but this is so unacceptable and not worth it.

Yes, we wholeheartedly welcome your furry friends! Regarding fees, there is a one-time pet fee of $500 for each pet with a recurring pet rent of $50 per month per pet. We do have a limitation of three pets per household. Since we do have some restrictions, please feel free to call for additional details!

I cant hear neighbors above me but there might not be any. Building is not close to full occupancy. You can definitely hear people in the hallways and through walls as well. Electricity is kind of high at about $160. That's keeping AC at 79 degrees on average in the summer and with very light cooking. There are water charges. Trash fee of $25
