I was told the first time I called that they don't help families, only single individuals, and the first lady I talked to was very rude. However I decided to call again recently and the other lady that answered cleared it up for me that they do actually help families, and she was very helpful and polite.

Was looking at places to move on Craigslist and found a home in Shelton I could afford for my family. Turns out military only from what I have read on fair housing and what lawyers have said this is a discrimitory act. You can offer discounts but not make multifamily units avalible to only military. I won't be working with these people and I will be reporting them to fair housing. I see they are supposedly all about helping people find homes. When all I see is red tape and them choosing the class of people they want to rent to. Not who qualifies. If they are advertising like this for homes then I wouldn't want to rent. God only knows what they would pull on a disabled person if they are already discriminating before you can even look at the home. You really want to make a difference homes first help everyone not just who you see fit.

Jacki, most of our tenants come to us with bad credit. Having an affordable home often helps them improve their score.

Do you help with emergency rent
