The apartments are old, but very spacious. The balcony is big which I absolutely love. The only problem is maintenance. The parking lot in front of our apartment is always muddy. When it rains it turns knee dip mud at least. Its very dangerous and I myself slipped and fell twice during rain. In spite of repeated complaints to the authorities nothing is done, I really wonder why !! Other than that this place is nice.

I am a current resident at Bellevue. First I have loved living here. Lety in the leasing office has been amazing. She has been very kind and patient. I can tell she really cares about the residents and the property. She has made a huge difference in my stay here compared to other apartments I’ve stayed in. It’s very important that the leasing agents handle there jobs well and she has been great. I’m really going to miss Bellevue once I move. If I didn’t need a 3 bedroom I would stay longer.

***THIS IS COMING FROM A CURRENT RESIDENT*** This property and the management team Tracy and Lety are by far the best. From the time I called to inquire about open apartments till then day I moved on, they both have been amazing. Without them I would be still trying to figure things out. My apartment didn't need any repairs when I moved in. It was very surprising cause you always have something that is not working. I don't know if they read their reviews, but I would like to say thank you from The Herron's.

I put in a application fee and paid an admin fee total of $166.00 I was advised that my application was denied. I was told that by chance if it was denied I would have to pay additional $300 I was ok with that . I have been on my Job for 8 years income is consistent, yes I did have some debt over 2 years ago never any evictions background check was clear. it took them 3 days to take 166.00 from me. When I called I was advised that I needed to provide additional income information. If I had follow my first mind I would have gone to the my first choice. Thank God I did and got approved complex was built 2 years ago they saw no problem and schedule to move in April !! I will I could have give no start and believe me I tried they will lie to get your money. I understand the application fee but admin fee should have been returned. Will take the 2-3 days to take your money and tell you you are denied I was told it was debt to ratio income. should not have mattered I have credit cards and the ones that I have are paid and on time. RIP OFFS !!!
