The apartments are ok, however the management constantly hassles and provokes residents. They follow you to the dumpster to see what you are putting in, they rag on everybody about every little thing: can t store this, can t have that, don't do this don't do that. A real hassle to be sure. CYPRESS COVE APARTMENTS ARE VERY POORLY MANAGED and I could not get out fast enough. They take every shortcut that they can to save money. I had a bucket of water outside my front door to wash my car and they told me that I had to move it or they would take it like they took my lawnmower and my bicycle. These guys could not manage property if it hit then the face. Please rent elsewhere and be happy! People call this place "Crackhouse Cove"!

I’ve lived here for a year and have enjoyed my stay. Front deck is eager to help and maintenance gets the job done quick. The apartments have a nice layout and the closet space is amazing!

I see this question is 9 months old but YES they do allow dogs & they actually tore down the children's playground to turn it into a dog park.
I WAS THERE TO RENT! YOU NEED TO MAKE 3X THE RENT TO GET IN. FROM A 1-10, I WOULD GIVE THEN A 6. TWO BEDROOM WAS ABOUT 1,000. BEST WISHES ON FINDING AN APARTMENT. 😁
