This is always my place to go for oil changes despite reoccurring issues with their schedules, for example just now I was told I cannot get serviced because there are two cars waiting for oil change and they close at 7pm, it’s currently 5:27pm. Their reason is they only have two employees. Do they get paid hourly?

These people had us sitting for almost 2 hours just to tell my mom they couldn’t do the oil change because they were out of a certain oil her car uses. Why they didn’t check to see if the oil was in first before having us wait that long for nothing?!!! Then the service is slow every time she comes here. She will not be coming here anymore! Thank you Walmart Auto Center in Mesa Riverview for wasting her time!!

I desperately needed a new battery to be replaced. A different location didn’t have my battery, and called this location. They advised they had my battery and were able to replace since they don’t close till 7pm. I arrived at 5pm and the manager Prince refused, saying they are at capacity. I explained to him they called ahead and was told I could come right over. Prince had poor customer service, was rude, and refused. Very DISAPPOINTED this location has such poor management!!!

Octubre 17 2022 i took car there to have oil change and they mess up my car the manger of auto parts didn’t care at all doesn’t know how take care of customers and really rude never take my car there again
