The staff lied about the price of the balloons, when I pointed it out, the staff did nothing and still charged me the wrong amount. Staff is very slow and does not know their own products or prices.

I was looking for a fog machine and they had one! I can't believe how busy this place was. It was packed on a Tuesday night. The lady that helped me find the fog machine was very helpful. She told me that I needed the fog liquid since it was sold separately. I would have gotten the fog machine and left without the liquid part. Saved me a trip!

They use to have a great selection of costumes at Halloween time, now it's a sad disappointment. It's still an okay place for party goods.

I do monthly parties at the club I manage and usually spend between 100 and 200 for moderate decorating. I find the prices to be reasonable, not as cheap as Amazon, but they have almost everything you need in one place.
