Horrible experience with customer service. I wanted to exchange a gift and it was not explained that the exchange would go back on the original card. I wasn't able to exchange the gift and they expected me to now pay for the exchange. I lost out on my birthday gify. I complained to the manager Aracely and asked for corporate number. She gave me a bogus number and allowed an employee to speak to me and say your SOL.

I do not have to wear a mask, as I have ADA exemption. I was asked the standard co;*fuestions when I got into the store, thankfully. They then checked me out after waited for only a few minutes. They do have didviders betweens but counters and card readers are not. And as in any store you can touch anything and put it back. See why people are confused?! But a huge ty for making it better! Our governor here in AZ is loosening up everything and that includes masks.
There are some soaps that are included in the sale that are 75% off if you aren't particular about the scent.
