TL;DR Agencies like these lie every chance they get. These people allow dcs to steal your child on pure suspicion alone, with no evidence of neglect or abuse and they use the excuse of possible abuse or neglect to bypass due process and not conduct a proper investigation to determine validity of parental capabilities prior to said allegations. They do this knowing that it will not be overridden by federal court and you need to pay to file against them making their attorneys more money. Trying to justify their over inflated budgets. Forcing a child from its family for even a short time causes problems in development or mental stress, is this not child abuse? The state can legally abuse children but take them from you if you are suspected by ANYONE even a meth addict. What state takes advice from meth addicts over traveling parents who happen to stop out of concern of their child's well being and not wanting said child to be born on the side of the road or in a bad home which is why they were traveling (to a better life)? They don't contact immediate family if they are out of state because they want to keep their revenue in this state, if the parents are forced to stay here to comply with DCS or lose your kid. breaking law after constitutional right. They try to force you to willingly give up your rights as a parent or private citizen of the U.S. When multiple direct family members show up to help and none are even considered for custody due to living out of state, they are trafficking kids for government subsidies and sucking off our taxes and pulling at our heartstrings with fancy webpages and "success stories". I'm sure they have done some good for certain cases but tyranny is tyranny, and should never be tolerated in this "free" country. Nice job America, you let us down again. Please don't come at me thinking this is my opinion, all things said are fact, check'em. They can't follow their own laws and you pay them Not to and are demonized by your fellow man for non compliance of a contempt court. BUNK JANKNESS.

I'm a child of the Most High, but This place has honestly affected my family more than it ever could have been&at the worst time...but when is ever a better time at all to lose ur kids even temporarily? &Especially for reasons that are very wrong&will b finally contacted about to the Attrny General now that I'm out of ICU with critical medical papers in hand and Dr.s concerned about my life and so on at the the time,but as of now my family is set up in clean dehoarded home&my health is back & better each day &my kids will b coming home & we have the Lord's favor even with the Judge &God may speak to her heart & later ask her legal staff why she granted that if she truly feels the same at the time due to what she heard but God is bigger than all this&works Miracles on an every Mila second and more. God knows all the truths about this DCS case so I'm fully PRepared as I put on the Lord's armor which I have a class on Wed.am @930am @ Radiant if anyone would like to join me message back. To all going thru this w/o deserving or with Reasonable conditions such as Medical with Family on the way to help especially.... Prayers r going up&my heart goes out to u and ur entire family even if one wasn't innocent people make mistakes & I wish the best for u and God has a plan&a future I promise &just for U!& He is especially always looking out for our precious babies!!! God bless&hug ur children when u get them Home.... I won't ever let go when mine walk thru our doors lol! :) Have a day full of Sunshine& Peace, Joy, Love, & Compassion for those that won't get their children back &pray that all God's children in need are in the best place or getting their fast! Xoxo to all the kiddos that I know gotta b sick of group homes if it's been awhile but let's pray mommy or daddy is trying their hardest &the system can get u guys under the roof of ur own fam or those adopting ur beautiful faces....Always remember that ur blessed to b where ur at regardless why, cuz w/o knowing why this may b saving ur life even if it wasn't mom or dads fault &God has a reason for everything & has plans to prosper u guys, not to harm u...so know that this too shall pass!!!
