I went in here because I needed some antifreeze. I asked the employee, Matthew, if he would help me add it to my car. While helping me, he saw that the heater hose was broken. We went back inside to see if he had the part. Melvin, a mechanic that he knows well was in the store at the moment as well, and he kindly offered to fix the hose. If they wouldn’t have helped me, I would’ve potentially have had my car towed. As a woman, I know nothing about cars and I was truly blessed with the help of these two men, who generously helped me. I couldn’t thank you both enough!!!

Update... Went back to pick up a part that actually didn't come in like they said it would and the gentleman was very nice. It was a pleasant experience. He was eager in helping me find a connector. Previous experience: My girl friend and I came to return an item and get the correct one. The guy who helped us was rude. He didn't know what he was talking about and when help was offered he moved the monitor so we couldn't see the screen. He was rude and acted as if we were bothering him by being there. You wouldn't have a pay check if you dont have customers.

Had the part I needed, but I didn't pick it up, I will soon. The staff was professional as usual. The store was clean and easy to navigate, but if you need help to find an item, the staff is there to help you. In fact no less than 2 employees have asked me if I need help...if you do, they are always more than willing to help. Mike Mariano
