Wow! I loved touring this apartment complex so much. The gym was really beautiful and the location is central to everything. Hailey gave me a tour and she was really knowledgeable and sweet. I will probably sign a lease this summer.

I'm honestly in love with the building but the management, I can't even take them seriously anymore. I recently moved to the country and I made the management aware repeatedly in-person that I do not have credit. I was assured to just submited the application and then email the pay stubs, offer letter, and bank statements. I did. I received a rejection in no less than 4 minutes. When I called the office, they seemed to 'not remember' and state it was a 'miscommunication'. What's worse is that the apartment was also labelled on a special offer but when I went to the leasing office they said that was a mistake. It's unfortunate that I wasted hard-earned money on an application that, if I was made aware would be an issue, I would've never applied to. I'm still trying to resolve the issue but now the management is asking for a guarantor from a person that just moved back alone. At this point, the situation is comical. to add to the debacle, I have tried calling the office and nobody has answered for 2 hours now.

I recommend this apartment complex 100%. Let’s start with the office staff Hailey and Stacy are just amazing. Their costumer service is top notch and they help you with everything!! The apartment complex amenities are amazing and everything is spotless!!! So happy to be able to call this place my home!!!
