I love living here. I shopped this community totally online and it is everything that it markets! I was impressed with the amenities and the various floorplans. The staff is amazing and always so helpful. It definitely exemplifies luxury living at it’s best. Don’t hesitate to visit; can’t wait to be your neighbor. Living here feels like a vacation!

Have had an excellent experience with the staff of this apartment complex. They are very friendly and have gone above and beyond in helping my wife and I get the necessary paperwork for her green card and assisting with many different things. It's in a convenient location, right by IKEA, Sam Rayburn Tollway, a 5min drive to the mall, and next to the RoughRider's stadium. You will hear cars on the tollway if your unit is facing that way but it is not too loud. Overall, I am very satisfied with this staff and apartment complex.

First part of living here wasn’t bad. Then they do construction and only give 2 weeks notice. They don’t tell you when you signed your lease. They say first 7-10 days is the loudest. Nope. Day 14 here and it’s still extremely loud. We pay for a corner balcony with 6-7 windows. Can’t see out of them because of the plastic that covers all windows. Husband works remote. He has double screens and routers that can’t be moved into a “work space” on site. Workers even blew a fuse and shut off all plugs one day…in the middle of work. Workers managed to nail through the wall in many places. Paint chipped. We had to clean up the mess on the inside. Now we need them to come fix what was ruined. Headaches come everyday. They say it’s for the pipes. But I didn’t know pipes were in the balconies. Needless to say. Don’t rent here. They’ve been doing construction on this complex for over a year now.
