What a beautiful property! Good size garage and very open floorplan. Very clean and well maintained. Office staff is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend !

no cameras in parking lot, my car has been hit twice, catalytic converter stolen off one of our cars, and the apartment management has been no help. there’s limited garages with not much parking spots, appliances are constantly breaking and maintenance takes forever to fix. (toilets, dishwasher, garbage disposal, balcony door) Ac has gone out twice. Roaches in the parking lot as well as many other bugs. With the vallet trash service, the trash/ trash cans outside of the apartments leave a foul smell everytime you go in and out ur door. Cement isn’t leveled well so there’s many bumps and cracks. So many hidden fees as well a ridiculously expensive water bill. The apartments are also very poorly built, with paint specks everywhere, broken gates, cracks in the walls and window sills.

Nick was really great. My daughter is moving to the area and we tour several apartments in the area. Even though she did end up taking the apartment. Nick was friendly and answered our questions.

Hi I’m Camille, and I lived here at 4Corners for a year. I absolutely loved it. Nick & Ashlyn were such angels up in the leasing office. They always helped me with what ever I needed and made every accommodation necessary. I would highly recommend this complex for those with family, children, partners, friends, or even just yourself! It is close by to every major free way, wonderful shops and stores. Not to mention if you love a morning walk or evening stroll, the grounds lead to a few beautiful trails. I walked every week on a few of them and every moment was enjoyed. There are also two huge dog parks if you have a fur baby. I can’t thank Nick & Ash enough! Such a wonderful experience.
