I went in at 3:00 and didn’t leave until 5 pm . I was the last one of all the patients that came in after me. I only got less than 5 minutes with doctor. I was very upset and disappointed with overall staff on how they handle things, not professionals.

Can't say enough good things about this Dr office and surgical office. Jennifer and Samantha Cazares are the sweetest people ever!! They see me & my special needs son, & they are so kind to both of us. And then in surgical center, there's Lisa who I adore. ALL the nurses, and anesthesiologist are sweet there. And of course Dr Ramoun Jones is the kindest, most compassionate Dr I have ever met! Ready to talk to you, reassure you,, he's a Dr who truly cares! You can tell he's up to date on new techniques, and procedures. He's always going to seminars, and inviting patients. Amazing! I will never see anyone else but him.
