The delivery and pick-up process is why this company did not get 5 stars from me. The fact that you cannot schedule a delivery more specifically than just the date is deplorable. So one must take the entire day off work, cancel all doctors and other important appointments because this company is not able to schedule anything with their own delivery service. The sales people that work in the store are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when you need to purchase or rent items that you know very little about. The in-store services were wonderful. It is unfortunate that support services are not up to par.

AZ MediQuip is not therefore limited in what in can provide, our customers select exactly what they want, not what an insurance provider is willing to offer. You will not find a retail store that bills insurance in the Phoenix area - insurance providers are all basically warehouse operations with no ability for face to face interaction or product selection.
