Big Lots

UPDATE AS OF July, 23, 2022. Still a pretty decent store. They have new management which hopefully will prove it. I've been shopping at this location since 1996. The environment has really deteriorated over the years. The inventory looks "picked over." Management is no where to be found. Back in the old days, a manager would come directly you to and ask if you've been helped. Rude and inconsiderate staff as well. The parking lot has a lot of pot holes, broken glass, and is unkept. The aisles are not properly stocked to allow their own shopping carts to move through. Shopping carts are wobbly, nasty, and warped. Really unfortunate because this particular Big Lot's used to be one of the rare gems of the Mesquite community. The only reason I still visit is because it's close to work, and you just can't beat some of their prices - that is, if the items are actually in stock when you arrive.

I was able to go when they first open store nice and clean great customer service. Everything was nicely stocked and available

This Big Lots location is always so organized and clean! As a previous retail manager I am so happy to see that the store manager at this location is always on the floor either helping his co-workers/employees or he's giving them instruction on what to do so that no one is standing around idle. He is always so welcoming if he's around when we visit. We don't live close to this location, but whenever we're in town for work, my husband and I love stopping at this Big Lots location. They're the best!!
