I just moved in this past weekend. The staff including Ruth and April have been incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff especially Marco have been amazing. Marco is fast, efficient and as friendly as he is talented.

I am going on my second year living here at The Place. This is honestly a great community I love how conveniently close it is to everything that I need. We are near dog parks, biking trails, and walking trails. Decent schools and A lot of shopping options nearby. The Place is quite and well kept with beautiful landscaping. The only thing I absolutely hate about living here is that Maintenance is slow. You can go weeks months or even a year before a Maintenance service request is resolved. Sometimes they will come by and not resolve the issue and you have to put in your request again only to be dropped to the bottom of the queue. And for this reason, I cannot wait to move out because as patient as I am, I am losing it. If they could fix their issue with slow maintenance I would give The Place 5 stars. Who wants to pay rent in a place where they cannot depend on maintenance to fix things when needed

I have been living at this community since 2014. Until recently, it has been a challenge getting service requests repaired by maintenance in a timely manner. However, since Marco has joined the maintenance team there has been such a positive turnaround. The service requests have been completed in such a timely manner. Thanks Marco for being so courteous and professional, as well as showing so much pride in the work that you do. It is very much appreciated. He is a great addition to the team. Keep up the good work!

Brandy was my leasing agent when I applied! It was my first time ever renting and she made it a great experience. She was very helpful and understanding. I signed a 14 month lease and never really had major issues. If I did the office was always quick to handle the situation! This year they really supported their residents. When the winter storm happened in February they went above and beyond for all of us. They bought us food and handed out packs of water that entire first week. I am great full to have lived here and it actually always felt safe, even at night. If you’re a first time renter or just need a great place to stay, I would recommend The place.
