so far so good, we are working on almost 2 weeks here and so far its awesome. the lady's in the office are awesome very nice they will work with you. the thing I don't like its that there isn't very much hot water you have to wait late at night to take a hot bath while everyone is a sleep. everyone is nice here,

If i could i would give these apartments a -10. They are the worst. They have all kinds of bug problems and refuse to help you. We moved in and within a week we had to call them about roaches. they have come out my entire lease length trying to get rid of the roaches and now we have fleas and they are trying to say it is our fault and we have no animals at this property, yet they have a million stray cats running around the property. ive called to speak with a manager multiple times and i always get told she is at lunch. we called and asked for the dryer vent to be cleaned out because it is a fire hazard and completely stoppped up. they refused and wont come out. this is absolutly ridiculous and now they are trying to make us pay to get rid of the fleas and pay to get out of the lease even though we cant even stay in our home and im having to live at my parents.

I am selling my home and was a little nervous looking for an apartment. Prescott Place was recommended by previous tenants. I spoke to Irma over the phone and in the conversation we had, her tone of her voice spoke truth to me. I proceeded to apply then drove there to give my deposit. The surroundings were calm. I entered and met Irma. She was super knowledgeable and reassured me I would have a safe home here upon approval. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I left feeling like I made the best decision. I called Irma a few times after with questions and not once did I hear any frustration in the tone of her voice. She even sent me pictures of the apartment since I am impatient and wanted to see it. She called me Tuesday and it looks like Prescott Place will be my new home soon. I've read the reviews and I am going with my first impression that Irma left me with and joining this community. Thank you Irma for your professional attitude, helpful spirit and for your patience. This was the WORST apartment In my experience. BUG INFESTATION was top #1 along with others. In addition, I had to break my lease just because the bugs were so bad; I couldn’t even lay down peacefully without something crawling up the wall. Very disturbing.The apartment managers don’t help or care about their residents UNTIL you call corporate numerous times about a problem. Candy that hides in the back of the office always had a nasty attitude that needed to be fixed. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to live here.
