I love living at Westlake Village Apartments. The women in the office are careing and very understanding. If you have any issues with maintenance then the maintenance men are right on it to fix it. You can't beat the rates here there the best in town. They keep the grounds looking great.

This place was good start for me and my husband. We lived here for 1 year and did not have much issues. I really want to thank Lisa the manager and all those who worked with her in 2019 for making us feel happy and helping us out with all the maintenance issues. Please keep up the good job.

OMG!
I get boric acid powder and sprinkle on floor boards. Use bleach when cleaning. Bleach kills anything and then girl start spraying. Vacuum and clean. Do not leave food out. Put food in containers. Keep trash uptake out. Wipe counters off with bleach and water. Be clean. If you still have issues maybe you need to move. I do not deal with roaches. Even worse bed bugs. I did not know what a bed was until I moved to Midwest. Nasty and you can be clean. You have neighbor that had them God help you. Exterminator a my and 1000 dollar time. That is what I paid and still moved. Also put put all linens in dryer for at least an hour and half expectly clothes. Wash in extre my Ely hit water or get dry cleaned. All this works.
