After a long and stressful day of looking for a new place to call home I came into the office of Parc East Apartments to be greeted by Dora who made me feel optimistic and hopeful to call these apartments home soon.

I have lived here for about a year now. Parking is an issue. The complex uses Ynotparking app to register visitors. I have always followed the rules, unfortunately I misspelled my friend's plate (but wrote the same numbers and letters). The towing company knew the same car had been registered several times before. It was clear that was a spelling mistake, the tow truck driver knew it, the person who receives the towed cars knew it, and still they proceded to tow and charge as if I had violated the rules. The fee was 318.00 dollars. Having this parking system should be about the resident's protection and peace of mind, to ensure that no strangers access the community. These people don't care about the residents, the car had been registered and was in my account as they could see in my history, I made an honest mistake and was punished for that. The administration could not care less about the situation. This is not a good place to be!

I have too say I absolutely love my experience and stay here at Parc East Apartment Homes. Tia is soo very helpful, professional and nice . She is very experienced and really knows how to make you feel right at home from the start. The maintenance crew are excellent and right on time! The manager Priscilla is pretty nice as well. I have lived here going on 2 years and I have to say I have been very satisfied and would refer all of my friends, family, or anyone seeking a place to call home here at Parc East Apartments. The only thing is it stays pretty occupied. Do not get discourage. The wait list is well worth it. I would like to thank all of you everyone here at Parc East that not only makes my place feel comfortable...but truly makes my apartment truly feel like a house...my home💋!

I'd been here at Parc East Apartaments for 4 yrs and always have issues with the towing in this apartments just recently on April 1 they towed my car from a paid parking spot when I rented this spot I was told that I had until june to fix …We are sorry to hear that you have been dissatisfied in the community, Cookie.
