If I could leave 10 stars I would. this is by far the best dealership I have ever experienced they truly care and they will most definitely work with you I would do a commercial for free for this place not only did they work with me given my current situation but after I got the car I received a letter in the mail stating they found a lower interest rate for me and my payment would be even less then what they said it would be there are no sale sharks at this place they truly care every single associate gave their 100 percent if you truly want the best deal then most definitely come here thank you patriot Hyundai I absolutely love you guys

I would avoid this dealership. Either they’re baiting customers, don’t have accurate info or both. I made an appointment with Esmeralda the day before. She even called morning of to confirm. When I show up, I was told she was in a meeting. I also asked her multiple times if they were taking reservations for a 2023 model and totally made this clear was the only reason I was going to visit the dealership. When I get there, no one seemed to know what was going on and then the manager told me the 2023 model was discontinued…when I’ve read nothing to actually confirm that. I simply felt misled, which may be a somewhat common experience with dealerships but none of this was professional. Would not bother working with this group again.

Came in as a walk-in for routine service for my 2021 Sonata Hybrid due to having a few long-distance drives scheduled last minute. This was my first service for this vehicle, this dealer, and this car maker and had no idea what to expect. I was immediately greeted by Sophia and was told they can absolutely help me today. She knew exactly what my vehicle needed with my vague description. She escorted me to the waiting room and offered coffee and water. A little more than an hour later she came back and shared they were all done. No up sales or long waits. Just a signature and a walk out to my car. Thank you again, Sophia and team, for providing me with the maintenance my vehicle needed in a pinch.
