I went throgh drive thru and ordered last on window 1 was very nice she simply made a mistake with my order because when I got to window 2 I was missing a mcchicken combo but I explained to the last at 2nd window was no sorry or anything no sympathy just said I wasnt charged for it like I'm the cashier and she came off like ok well do you want it or not because you wasnt ch charged for it I needed it how can I go home with food for 1 person and not 2 so got it she asked if I could move to stop sign I told her I was in a rush i would think mcchicken and fries would be in rotation at this time but i waited she didnt take too long she charged me 2.70 i asked if she was sure she said yes so i dont encounter any more problems then I'm thinking she will apologize when she came to give me my food and nope asked for my change she said actually it was more so i just left with a bad taste in my mouth from this location especially in these times they are lucky to receive money. Anyone can make mistakes we are all human but they did not resolve it the way I expected.Also there shake frappe icecream machines wasnt working and then my hi c tastes like water soooooooo disappointed.

For the third time in a row that we go they tells us the fry machine is getting cleaned, always long wait and most of the time something is always missing In my order. Night shift is the worst bad customer service. we were once told they weren’t serving chicken nuggets my husband trying to be funny asked what is McDonald’s without the nuggets and the person taking the order said if you want chicken nuggets your gonna have to pay extra $20 ????? What in the world ?? She probably needs to go work somewhere else trying to hustle peoples money, worst fast food restaurant!!!

If you worked the night of 05/22/22, just know, YOU LADIES ARE APPRECIATED. Very kind and respectful, they serve you with a smile. Food was much better too. Ladies, thank you. Tell your regional manager to go ahead and give you a raise.

New review: horrendous customer service and long wait if you use mobile order. This different management is not on top of it and completely disorganized. Last three times I've had to let them know I place an order 20 minutes later. Old review Mobile ordering is available here and for the most part is seamless. the food is the temp it should be most of the time.
