We came by late night and the lady running the drive thru was rocking it. Great attitude, not something you see often at fast food. Wish there were a 1000 more employees like you. Hope your higher ups read this and do a little detective work to figure out who was working this shift to let you know you rock. It's 7/31/22 @12:10. Thanks for double checking for teriyaki sauce. Kudos to this Jack in the box team.

The tacos are hard and some of us want our receipts. Fix the damn machine if it dont work. Terrible service and they always take too long. Hire people that take pride in their job. Usually always the night shift.

I don’t know what just happened! No problem ever at this Jack in the Box until now! Ordered and was asked to pull to the fro t. After a very long wait, went to the locked door to try to get their attention. Eventually a girl comes storming out swinging the bag and threw it at us. It ripped and food went everywhere, curly fries all over the parking lot. Without one word she turned around and stormed back inside. And that was the end of it. We’re just sitting here like what the?!!

The food was good but the service wasnt too good. Rude cashier, poor communication skills, and when I received my order they gave me the wrong food! Then had an attitude when I came back in to tell them about their mistake.
