Golden Hearts has great care givers but they are sloppy on the billing and administrative side. They were late in sending bills to the insurance company and only sent them after I requested it. They didn't send a nurse or prepare an updated care plan. They and didn't document my fathers care according to the old care plan making it hard for my dad's claim to be processed. When i asked for a copy of the claim, Bob Pratt refused to send it. He is extremely unprofessional and a hot head. When the claim was being reviewed by insurance Bob told the insurance company that my dad refused care. If so, why did Golden Hearts charge my dad and submit a 30 page claim! Bob then tried to deflect blame by calling my dad a DRUNK who sleeps all day! Yes, my dad is 93 and sleeps most of the day but is never drunk! Please find another care firm as they are flakey and unprofessional. Bob is the consummate salesman who will sell ice to an eskimo, but is not a caring professional.

I highly recommend Golden Heart if you are looking for genuine, caring, kind and professional caregivers for you or a loved one. Angie and Golden, who lead the team, are very well versed and trained in their profession and also have tender hearts that reflect their backgrounds and experiences. It was clear to us upon talking with them that they are capable and genuine individuals who have the best interests of their patients and their family members at heart. They treated our loved one with the utmost respect and care, giving not only our loved one comfort but also our family. The team members who cared for our loved one -- Dan, Nonna, Susie and Ronda -- were fabulous, caring individuals. They went above and beyond our expectations. We can’t say enough good things about this wonderful organization. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and capable organization, look no further.

Golden Heart Senior Care will provide a trained, experienced, and compassionate caregiver to provide companionship and necessary services to care for your loved one. We will come to your home and provide daily activities, home care such as laundry, cooking, cleaning and more.
Senior Care aka in-home care is one on one, meaning personalized assistance on demand. In any facility a resident is cared for on as needed basis meaning if you push your call button you are at the mercy of the available staff on duty to get to you when they can, usually 10-30 minutes or longer.
