I had seen Dr Clifford Baker for years but hadn't since 2014 as of other health issues. Going back after so many years was such an ease of getting back into the system. Each and every one of the office personnel were great and could not help any more then they did on the phone or in the office. And of course Dr. Baker is the best. He is kind and well informed and takes his time with his patients. Even though I think a lot of his care like any doctor he would not be able to continue his care as well as he does if it wasn't that he has created a well trained and gifted personnel. Maybe it might sound like I am going overboard but I have not seen an office care about the patients or run so well in such a very long time. This is an add on for another posting on Dr. Baker. I was asked how I like Dr. John Paul Malayil one of the other doctors. I have seen him many times when Dr. Baker was out of town but I continue to see him as he is just like Dr. Baker as he is very kind, listens, laughs and very down to earth with his patients and explains everything very well. I wish I din't have to see them as often as I do but if you have to it is actually a pleasure to go as their personnel are so pleasant.

The staff were amazing, starting with the person at the front desk. Sam, John, and Amelia made the procedure go so well, and I’m very thankful that Dr. Malayil is treating me.

The dr and staff are very approachable. Answered questions and explained the procedure thoroughly. Only disappointment was that nobody called the day before to go over prep.
