Bullies!!! Don't go here!! This place is a perfect example of doctors with too much power. You go in for an appointment, wait for an hour and some, see the doctor for 5 minutes then get charged 90 bucks. I asked doctor Rhineheart for a neuropsych, the doctor did not detail costs, but nonetheless had doctor Harris conduct exam. After exam, I spoke to doctor Harris and several doctors staff on if i was going to be billed for my results as i already paid 90 dollars co pay. They said no, I should expect a phone call from the doctor with the results. Cool right? Between the next 2 week doctor Rhineheart calls me to give me my result. Doctor Rhineheart just tells me I'm good, and had no need to worry lol. 2 weeks to analyze exam just to say your good. I coulda done that. No explanation of the exam, and to this day still none. Some time later I receive a bill of 1k for the exam and a charge for the phone call. Still disputing the call, and the exam charges. Unfortunately for me, the office/providers have trouble picking up phone calls in general as others have said and even more so with bill disputes. Just Don't go here. Would never recommend.

Nobody answers the phone. Nobody returns calls. Nobody answers the phone 20 minutes before scheduled closing time. The worst.

I had my initial appointment with Dr. Reinhart is Sun City/Surprise. I was perscribed medication and set up an appointment about a 6 weeks later for some testing. About a week or so after my initial appointment I recieved a call from an ANA representative stating Dr. Reinhart was moving to their Thunderbird location, and I would need to go there. I went there on the day of the appointmet, and they told me the Dr. didnt move and I should have gone to the original location. It was too late to make my appointment, so they now wanted to schedule me in Glendale. I asked why they couldn't email, or text a reminder with the address like everone else and they said they don't do that and just write the appt on the back of a card. I get better updates and info from my dogs Vet. I will not go back to ANA.

I felt very comfortable with Dr Syal from the start. He is very knowledgeable. He gave me two types of EEG's and was able to confirm his suspicion that I have a seizure disorder. I still have more tests to take, but I am so relieved to be working with a doctor that is taking me seriously and helping me with my condition.
