It’s been awhile since my husband has bought new shoes (he hates shopping!) so we came to this location to replace his worn-out tennis shoes. We walked in and was immediately greeted by Tyler who assisted us during our visit. He was very knowledgeable and recommended different styles/types of shoes for my husband and I based on our lifestyles and feet. Tyler was very attentive and provided high-quality customer service. We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes since it was such a stress-free experience. My husband and I will only come to this location because we had such a phenomenal experience. The other employees were super helpful and kind as well even when we left the store close to closing time. Thanks a million, Tyler, for helping us today!

Ever since a caring and knowledgeable shoe salesman took the time to measure my foot and recommend New Balance shoes for my 4E wide feet some 20 years ago, I’ve bought nothing since. I have had both good and bad service, but the shoes remain the same high quality. I tried out the New Balance store maybe 4 years ago when I lived on this side of town. I now live 25 minutes away, but because of the exceptional service and knowledge of the staff here I won’t go anywhere else now. I broke a shoelace yesterday & figured it was time for a new pair. Joe, the sales associate, knew his stuff. They didn’t have my preferred color in stock, so he ordered it to be shipped to my house with no shipping fee. I needed arch supports too & Joe hooked me up. The whole experience took about 15 minutes, maybe less. Thanks Joe!

Great customer service! Mark went above and beyond to help my aunt who was looking for comfortable yet feminine sneakers to accommodate her foot brace. Although it was challenging, he did whatever he could to find the right solution for her and she was very appreciative.

We follow the CDC guidelines of requiring masks be worn by all, safe distancing with seating and spacing of displays, consistent cleaning of surfaces, etc. Pre-opening appointments are available for those feeling more comfortable with a one on one fitting experience as well. We take the safety protocols very seriously at both our New Balance Raleigh and Durham locations.
For questions like this you might want to call the store. People here aren't usually employees, but just customers like yourself. I have unusual size feet, and they have either had my size in stock or been able to order it in from the warehouse very quickly. Most shoe companies don't even make various width shoes anymore. New Balance does.
