I needed a breaker and unfortunately they didn’t carry the one I needed. Though, I was guided in the right direction by two OUTSTANDING workers, Marvin and Sandy! They called multiple nearby electrical stores just to find me the part that I needed! Amazing customer service and amazing workers!

Home Depot is usually very good about returns. If the toilet has not been used, meaning had waste gone into it, you or your installer should have no problem returning it. Just make sure you have the receipt with you.
No, the Capital Blvd location does not. The closest locations that have tool rental are Strickland Rd at Six Forks, and Timber Drive in Garner. I work there, so I'm 100 percent sure.
