Overall had a good experience. Robert helped me by putting oil in my car after I had been riding around with no oil in my car. Didn’t know that until I tried to get an oil change some place else and they didn’t want to put the oil in there. Robert is a good employee.

Had to wait a few to get waited on but once we hooked up they made me feel special. Needed a new battery, next thing I know they were outside installing it. I am old and handicapped which they did not have any idea of my physical limitations but just hooked me right up. Very impressive.

I was headed to my orthodontist appointment today and I accidentally hit a crib. My car is okay (me to) anyways I was so upset and scared out in Dallas area. I stopped by AutoZone and asked if they had a pump to air my tire. Manger (Robert) I believe said yeah, he came out looked at my tire to tell me it was blow out. I was like omg. He trying to jack up my flat busted tire with my jack that comes with the car dang thing horrible lol. He went inside got one off the shelf and used that n tire bar for nuts. I was sooo grateful for his help and all he didn’t have to do but he did so just help me. I honestly want say Thank You So much For Your Help Robert. Your Best and You Really Go All Out For People Who Really Needs or Needed Help. Bless You and again Thank You!!!
