Not a great experience, I just needed help with a fuse so I can get my headlights working. I was struggling to understand the owners manual and was hoping the staff could help me (in the past the team has been great about offering aid) but after a couple of times of going in and out I finally had to just head out and try a different store since the Assistant Manager on duty was more interested in watching videos on their phone than providing the sort of quality service O'Reilly is usually known for. They said it is because they are short staffed, hopefully they find more people. It would be a shame for an otherwise good location to go downhill because of a labor shortage.

please do not i say do not ho to this location manager and employees dont want to validate warranty on their products when to a different location and no problem so if you buy something there be ready to have problems but they ask you for ypu phone number for warranty purposes but if you dont give them your phone number they use their personal account and number to claim points just be aware

Awesome customer service.......I called them about a part, they had it in stock said I was omw. Walked in, asked could I help you? And the young man put my part in the air lol & was out in less than 7mins. Thank you guys for an amazing experience 💞💞💞💞👊🏾

Terrible location. My wife’s car was having problems this morning she is eight months pregnant. The guy was super rude to her and made her to her own self check engine light herself. Honestly I’m doing everything I can not to go up there and cause a scene
