I loved you autozone, but you betrayed me. Long story NOT short..I PURCHASED an alternator online, the following day at pickup. Im notified the alt purchased was," 50 more and not really different that much.."Extremely convinced I load up store credit and was off to get my cheaper same version alternator. Upon arrival quickly i learned this was not the correct autozone. So on to the next! 3rd time is the charm. FUDGE NO$#% LOL the "manager" with possibly the worst customer service skills ever demonstrated, took a 20 min nap in the back then rolled her way up the counter to inform me I was out of luck. No part, no inventory system accuracy, no accommodation for my commitment to purchase an item from you guys specifically because an old employee with great skills gave me the key chain THINGIE LIEK 10 YEARS AGO, and I.liked it.No cap yall. But it was all in vein, She found another alternator after I cried in front of a mechanic shop in line behind me, &THEN she refunded my cash! INstead of store credit and I'm like there's only 47 bucks left on that card, and it takes like business days to transfer from certain crypto apps so my hands were tied! And she looked me in my soul and said, "it's not my fault you don't have any money." Lol but I did just not on that card. So I went to O o o O'reillys!!! One call, one store, one sell, 20 bucks cheaper than yalls cheaper one. Very professional. Unforgivable and unacceptable. 👎 P.s. I also saw online you accept crypto to purchase gift cards, do manager know these things ?! Someone needs to call a meeting or shoot a morning memo out at least lol while you still can before amazon closes yalls doors. Do it yourselfers don't need to drive to a whataburger themed building to talk to people who have no clue 🙃 what the difference between an alternator and a actuater! Your inventory system is way flawed! Staff undertrained. Never again.

Hate going in there, because their female employee is really rude and most of the other employees seem like their not knowledgeable about anything. Manager is nice though. I borrowed a tool once and they even loss my ID.

Went for a 17 mm deep socket and a few other things. The young man who was helping me handed me off to a young man who for whatever reason, voided the same socket from my receipt. Got home, waited an hour or so to let the engine cool down. Went to get the SOCKET out of the bag and it's not there. So went back to get it. Now I'm WAITING AGAIN FOR THE MOTOR TO COOL DOWN.
