Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was greeted upon entering the store, and asked if I needed assistance in finding anything. Multiple associates made my shopping experience fast and easy. Checkout was very friendly, professional, patient and persistent in resolving a technical issue with the card reader.

I was directed by a customer support agent to come in to this store to have my faulty computer looked at. When I got to the store I was told I would have to purchase a $200 yearly plan for them to even diagnose the issues. The workers were helpful and directed me to a more reasonable repair shop. Do not waste your time here.

Best Buy geek squad is fabulous for repair as well as tech support if you paid for the yearly service. I think it depends on how long you have had the device and if you paid for service contract renewal or not. I have a 5 year old lap top and when I renewed this year i asked about the battery and they told me it would be free. The renewal was only $79 so I figured it was well worth it to renew. But make appointment for better service. If you did not pay for yearly service then Apple store would probably be better. But again make appointment for quicker service.

Hello Ron, I've been a customer at this best buy for a few years, and normally it's a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you still have questions about returns, simply go there with your receipt and ask one of the many employees. Hope this helps.
Agree, call Best Buy, or look at their website. BB has the option to check inventory at stores near you, once you've confirmed that they carry the requested item.

It's a weird item that Best Buy will not stock. So a place that repairs Samsung would probably be your best local choice. I would go to the internet and order it from there.
Remotes aren't worth repairing and your TV is out of warranty unless you bought an extended Geek Squad warranty. Find out your model number and contact LG to buy a replacement or go on eBay. They'll definitely be available there.
