Positive: Very open and modern. Loved the look and free breakfast of course! Negative: Would be good to do a deep cleaning of corners in the hotel like the baseboards and whatnot. Overall clean but easy to see areas not often cleaned. Same with more frequent Mop downs of the pool are (there was a lot of random hair in the pool area).

When I first walked into the hotel I was a bit disappointed as it wasn't the "look" that I was expecting. Let me tell you, each one of the hotel staff were over the top amazing. I have never experienced customer service at any hotel (and that includes the Ritz, Montage etc.!) like I did here. The staff are so kind and welcoming and go out of their way to cater to you even when you haven't asked for anything! I will definitely go back here to stay and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you for a delightful and awe-inspiring 5 days!

On a visit to San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf in January 2022, we opted to stay at this hotel, which is one of our go to places to stay. The hospitality is great and the staff is always helpful. I want to especially extend a special thanks for "Kelly" who went out of her way in helping us feel comfortable during our stay and "Frank" who looked after us during meal service! Our room was very clean and by staying here "during the week," you get a great deal. The other reason we love this place is their famous buffet breakfast, which returned. Update: upon returning home we realized we forgot our luggage. The hotel called and said they would keep it for us. I want to thank the staff again for their kindness.

This was my first group event since March 2020 so I was a little tentative. I received very credible assurances on the safety protocols and felt comfortable bringing in 25 corporate guests for 3 days. The hotel appeared fully staffed (some don't these days) and the group coordinator was helpful and competent. The rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant offers an excellent, cooked-to-order breakfast. I did one Italian buffet dinner which was delicious and service was flawless. Embassy Suites continues to be my choice for corporate groups.

PGE was sued for a tire caused by their equipment. They lost and have to pay. Now, every time the wind picks up they shut the power to avoid starting fires. Poor management is the shirt answer.
