Ordered from the kiosk and no receipt came out. Lady looked annoyed when I explained it to her. She called the next person to the register immediately. Bank didn’t know if I was being dishonest after I asked for transaction to be cancelled. 17 bucks and I get nothing. Worked in SF for 10 years and I continue to hate this city. Got jack in the box instead.

Placed an order for pickup. Lady at the handout section refused to put my food into the standard paper bag. Even though I order it for to-go. Kindly asked for it but was ignored, and was told pay for it. Never have I been charged for that before. Was handed fries and 2 burgers. Wasn’t able to bring that on my scooter. Extremely bad customer service and cheap behavior for a multi- billion dollar business.

I don't know if this location was busier than usual because the one on Market was closed but they were struggling. The manager was doing her best but it was like herding cats, there were clearly a few employees that were not firing on all cylinders. They managed to miss a whole burger off our order. Manager got it sorted, credit to her, but this kept happening to other people too. I felt sorry for her, when it's so busy and your staff keep dropping the ball, there's not much you can do in the moment.

A medium order of fries (a la carte) will cost you $3.89. Most menu items that are offered in S, M and L sizes do not exceed $1 in difference b/t the small and large versions. So if the medium fries are $3.89, a small will be $3.39 and a large will be $4.39, at the most.
Not all foods on the Menu are gluten free...also some McDonald's are Company owned and some are Franchises there the menu items May differ as well as specific components of items offered It would be best to ask at each McDonald's so potential variations will be identified

No McDonald's ever has ever delivered like for real. You can order mcdonalds from postmates and dpprdash and even uber eats but mcdonalds will never deliver.
