I got horrible copies of my 9 year olds pictures. There are issues with the paper and not a single person will respond. Over the years they have never put the thought into let me fix this piece of hair sticking up of my daughter wasn't able to set her jacket down so it was half on half off. I asked for a refund and nothing not even remakes came out good. They were a blur and Terrible. But they said well you paid. So it's been about 3 years and we wanted to try again. Absolutely horrible paper on a good picture. It was sad and no one will reply. Update - owner replies and still no one can help fix anything. What an absolute joke.

Buyer beware!!! This company provides unprofessional customer service (if you are lucky enough to talk to a person) along with sloppy unprofessional and overpriced products. I got better photos at the daycare.. I’m soo surprised and disappointed that school district chose Inter-State Photography. Parents look around. There are lots other vendors, other ways to make your memories.
