As of July, 2022, what are the building prices per square foot? Do you have lots that you are offering in conjunction with a home or do you build with the owner’s plans on their lot?

Joe Carson retired, he no longer has this business. He built my house 6 years ago and my metal roof leaks, not the 40 years you usually get from a roof. I would not recommend him if he was still in business.

What would you charge to remove Jacuzzi tub and install regular tub with 3 wall surround in home. Is it possible to do in 1 day and price range .Labor only I will purchase all items needed.
