Worst insurance company ever for a paying customer,it is almost worse than dealing with them when I'm hit by their insured. Theft and fire guy Harold ,and supervisor tanna no response to calls or voicemails from me,the insured. No response to other Geico employees either. I have full coverage ,they say I have to pay for the rental for 5 days,also 200 deposit ,after I paid Uber to go to rental place. Now I have to pay Uber again to go to bank and back.Worst interaction with anyone I have paid for a service

No hate to this location but Geico recently changed several of their policies to where it benefits the company and harms the customer. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and I have never been so disrespected, so neglected and had so much fraudulently activity happen until this year. Disappointed to see another company scamming their customers. Get a different insurance.

Geico is terrible they raised my insurance over $100 more for no reason. I can't even afford it anymore so I dropped them. I had them for years and when I dropped them they didn't even care.

You can go online and actually create a policy that gives you everything you want at a lower rate. He can even input his current plan and see if they have it for cheaper.
