I’ve called 2-3 times and no answer, I also came in to see if there was any availability and before they were even closed there was no one in the leasing office. They don’t answer the phone and aren’t in the office, how are you supposed to get any information

I’ve been staying here going on almost 2 years. When we 1st moved here staffing, maintenance, and the property itself was nice. Now! It’s always dirty throughout the property, hallway’s always have trash throughout them, dirty floors, walls, doors, etc. Broken front gate broken doors. No form of security here at all. None of the amenities on the property is open. Such as pool, gym, computer room, nothing. When you ask why, they always give you the same excuse they have been giving me for weeks now. I wouldn’t recommend no one moving here!!!!!

If you’re black do not waste your time and apply. They won’t answer your calls, email or call you back. They personally told a Mexican woman I know that they aren’t trying to accept too many black people. So if you are black and live there I suggest spending your money elsewhere.

I give 5 stars because all the staff was professional and very welcoming. From the time I called all my questions were answered and I was helped as soon as I walked in. Thanks to Ms Tasha I got approved and just waiting on the rest of the process. The 3 bedroom is very nice and spacious.Sharde, we are so happy to see that your time at 3 Springs Apartments has been up to your highest five-star expectations!
