The office Manager is just a Doll, she takes time to listen to your concerns and give genuine feedback. She makes you feel a home. I give 10stars to Ms Minnie. Maintenance has been doing alot better maintaining the property as well 😜😉🤪. Keep Up the good work!!! The Maintenance Guy Carlos is greattt!! He gets da job done!!

Maintenance service takes forever like over due we waited for a heater 1 month one time then we waited on our toilet to be fixed for 2 days after we reported the issue on top of that I called maintenance and they tell me to shut off the water and then tell me my number can't call about maintenance issues and I don't even live here my people do this is wild won't recommend. Seems like I have to add pressure everytime for it to get done and I'm doing it for one of my loved ones

I have been at these apartments going on 5yrs and have been through 4 or 5 apartment managers. Mrs Minnie is the best . She is very considerate and works very hard for things to get fix even if she has to come out herself. Thank u so much Mrs Minnie
