Trash apartments and only been open maybe 2 years most of it is section 8 subsidized so most pay nothing to live there but they can afford to buy their children fireworks to fire all the time and to terrorize the community

Would’ve gotten 5 but people don’t watch their kids here like there is candy trash everywhere it takes away from how nice this complex really is

I am only a visitor to this complex but I watched it deteriorate in only 1 year this place is FILTHY U smell trash as soon as u set foot in the building from the trash chute being months backed up to the point I can’t even walk in the trash chute room to throw trash away. Dirty from the outside door to the elevator to the hallway floors this is my observation as a visitor this apartment needs new management to do a better job at ground keeping

For this being my first time applying to an apartment, both Yessica and Sharmaine were very helpful throughout this very complicating process. I would have loved to live here but do to me being over the income, I can’t. Overall, these ladies were helpful.
