6 people standing behind the counter and only ONE register open! Then I get to the counter, and I'm told the money order machine has been down for 2 weeks (like I'm supposed to know) and there are signs up "all over"... The warning is not well written and buried in a lengthy-written sign printed in 12pt font that IS NOT legible from the queue. I was met with a rude, unapologetic attitude.

I was having a horrible time trying to get my lover home from Afghanistan. Both Tom and Chris helped me so much. They were patient and kind and real professionals. They made my lover's return home much more believable for me. They are two of my personal angels. Thank you so much to both of you.
