I'm a current employee from tactical response and too be honest I actually like working for these guys they definitely care about there employees from my experience yes the are strict and they have to be because certain people will take advantage and another one of experiences managers definitely go out their to Accommodate to theirs employees Whether it's personal reasons or medical reasons they are understanding and will work with and if you are willing to work money is always there and their is always alot of overtime they literally email everyone when it's overtime to be had first come first serve lol but this my own opinion I really like working hopefully when I get my license to carry I can move higher up in the company
