I will never use this branch again. 25 minutes to get money in the drive thru and there was no other cars when we came. 10 minutes before anyone came to the window then another 15 minutes to get the check cashed. Ridiculous

Was in yesterday. Lady with the fuzzy hair at the second desk needs to be retrained or fired. Her customer service is atrocious, However, the new manger is a 5star

No matter what time of day you decide to visit here you will spend 10+ minutes in the drive thru..... Go to the branch up the road and be in and out in under a minute.....

Massachusetts Avenue short staff ,today one teller was doing the drive-thru and there even a small line inside , there is another one on 19 near the mall but I don't the address off hand but looks a lot better and bigger and I'm sure you get service alot faster . I know that bank on mass is very slow. I hope that helped you out
