Just trying to make a deposit and been sitting here for 20 minutes… how could a bank be this slow. Only 3 people went in since I’ve been sitting here so I’m sure it’s not “crazy” inside. The line of cars is out to the street now so I can’t even get out of line. HIRE MORE TELLERS or tell the manager to jump in and help the one woman working the window…

Yes they have a co8n counter. An yes you can use it if not an ocean first member. Not sure if there is a fee if u don't have an account.
