Rita treats her staff poorly and hires more staff so she can run off the old staff by cutting they're dogs down which cuts down their pay and makes it hard for them to survive.this is all due to old staff finally putting their foot down and trying to create boundaries that she does not want to respect.

*CASH ONLY* We bring our Akita here for a deshedding bath/blow out and nail trim. We suck at scheduling ahead, but they always seem to work us in to their full schedules. Always incredibly generous. True dog lovers - not a young kid working for a buck at petsmart. Akitas are guard dogs and our girl never has any reservations/hesitations about her drop off here. She walks out feeling like a million bucks and doesn't ever seem the least bit anxious.
