Amazing! Please note: you have to have an appointment! SOMETIMES they will open slots to walk-ins, but you have to wait to see if someone missed their appointment first. Eric E is phenomenal! In and out in 15 minutes. Great sense of humor and an active listener. The staff member that was outside this morning was kind and helpful (sorry I didn't get your name!).

The people that work at this location are rude and have an extremely condescending attitude towards people that speak another language. I had to intervene when I noticed the employee at the door being so rude and interacting in a condescending manner to a Spanish speaking gentleman. I felt so bad for him because he was being kind and respectful but the employee standing outside was clearly abusing her position. They have no customer service skills and need training. Not only was the lady outside being rude but also the attendant at the counter.

Appt was a little late but everyone very nice and helpful. Good experience overall.

Absolutely agree and there must be a way to get their ears!...making people stand in the cold as early as 4am for a 7am appointment is unacceptable, and you constantly hear the staff there telling you stuff that could easily be put online or sent to your phone, making it seem like people cannot follow instructions or directions, all because they know you need to get that ID, DL or driving test done.
It's a mega center. You need to make an appointment. See, if you can do it online. The last time I was there, I waited in line for 2 hours
Its an appt only location since its mega office with like nearly 50 kios inside, it took us 20 mins
You get in line and they will split you into 2 lines. Then you move forward with other appointment people.
Marriage license if you are changing your name by marriage.
I believe you first file a report with local police for identity theft, then take the report to your DPS office close to you. They can help you with your drivers license.
They are only allowing appointments for new drivers. However, if you go up there, there are 2-3 employees outside. Let them know you need to renew and the system will not allow renewals to make an appointment. They will squeeze you in.
do i need an appointment to renew my drivers license?
