I've been using this facility since early July, and dispite repeated requests they will not repair the exterior lighting, just inside the front gate. They do not maintain active pest control program. RATS travel freely between units and it is very difficult to enter the facility from northbound Collins. But they do have really nice bright orange door's and seem nice about things.
