I met Will today for an upgrade to my phone. He was very professional, very personable and explained everything in detail. I do not understand technology or the newest phones and Will was very kind to my ignorance. I would not hesitate to go back to Verizon and ask for Will's assistance for any phone issue.

Can I come there for a prepay plan?
