BEWARE they sell Lemons and they are Scammers!!! To their cars, notaries, making titles, maintenance work, and rentals for U-Haul. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere. My mother bought me a car here before and claimed that they fixed it but didn't. Had the sell the car to the junk yard because it had so many problems. Their customer service sucks. They DO NOT offer you any type of warranty. They DO NOT tell you what is wrong with the vehicles before you buy them. I rented a uhaul van and had to pick it up at this location but ended up paying more than what I was told. $300 increase not counting the amount that they held because the odometer was wrong. I have years of bad experiences with this company and they want to accuse me of bad mouthing them. I wouldn't have put this comment if they would of just done their job right and stop taking advantage of people's time and money! Thats why their live street view on Google is messed up and only shows at night. I would have given them 0 stars but im a decent person and I needed to rate this place properly. Still denying that they have nothing to do with the cost when the vehicle is on their property. Still claiming that they take care of their customers. In the end...DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Rented a U-Haul last month for a moving trip. From my old apartment to cubesmart on union Blvd. Rental was supposed to be cheap no more than $100 or so. I got the bill a few days later, over 300 miles added to the bill on a less than 30 miles trip, 2 processing fees and the total was almost $400 for 5 trips back and forth for a U-Haul Van. If this doesn't yell scam I don't what will. I dispute the bill to U-Haul themselves and had taken pictures of the odometer before and after because of this reason and many beforehand. Hopefully they learn something

First of all, if we are so scammers or thieves as you claim to say, we would not be here over FIFTEEN YEARS or you yourself would not come here to BUY car. So who has the problem...you or the owner? Also if you are looking for grammatical words or professionalism, you yourself should first engage in school or act like a professional by approaching your concern to the owners. SO YOU DEFINITELY DON’T Have The BA... I would not even step in your level of uneducated or stress that you are having in your life trying to put it in my business that have existed over fifteen years and that are selling and of course processing their paperwork works in a timely manner without taking people cash for the business to grow instead we are doing the RIGHT SERVICE AND THE HUMANITARIAN LOVE TO DEMONSTRATE THAT WE CAN PUT PEOPLE IN ANY VEHICLE WITH LESS MONEY!!!
