The best experience I’ve ever had at any Outpatient facility! From the greeter to the front desk clerk everyone was attentive and friendly. I checked in for a CT scan and had Zach as my tech he was the most friendliest and professional of all. He placed an IV in my arm and I didn’t feel a thing! Not one poke or pull. He was also training Rosa who was just as friendly and professional. Thank you for making my painful situation a good experience it’s appreciated! 💛

Upon entry Covid questions asked. Mask required they give one if needed. They offer help with directions on where to go.

Nice place very clean makes you feel safe when you walk in they take your temperature they have hand sanitizer everywhere very helpful people when you enter the building

There is a free public garage just past the entrance for patients.
Yes, family doctors are on the third floor.
There is a small parking lot or you can park in the downtown pavilion lot and walk to 540 N.Duke. It's not far at all.
