Yes we are, and some of us can’t afford to quit cause finding a new job is hard and they know they so they take advantage even if you work 40 hours a week (which is not allowed) the money can’t pay rent

They’re terrible here in Madison, wi. They follow black people around from the moment they step in the door then wait for you by the door while you’re checking out every single time. After my last visit I don’t even shop there no more.

Yes! My family and I drive from Canada to shop at Burlington. For the past two years we have been very disappointed with styles of the clothing. My mother use to be able to buy two piece suits to wear to church. Now there is nothing! It is very upsetting that we will no longer be shopping at Burlington due to the lack of inventory.

I’ve reached out too. They won’t respond. They follow black people around the whole time while you’re trying to shop (Madison, Wi) then wait by the door while you check out expecting the alarm to go off. I don’t shop their anymore.

I fell awhile ago on some kind of substance near the maker. IT smelt like peppermint and when I tell you I hit hard my right leg was twisted and hit a bone in my leg They came over and was nice and I didn't want to make a seen. Well the next day I woke up and couldn't walk. I have no doctor covud started so I have no idea why I am I am such pain. Now and then I have a good day and have tried to return stuff from before the fall . I couldn't find my slip but always always put my email in and am a member. I has 9 things to return and it sounds a lots but sometimes have left with 3 carries of stuff. The manager found one pair of the shoes I bought for 49.99 and said I'm only giving you 4.99 because I'm marking them down to clearance. I was not agreeing to that so they were put in the office 3 pairs of 49.99 and one 19.99 the tag was still on them. I still can't walk can't go back to school fir my bachelor degree in nursing. Had to be pushed around Disney by my poor husband fighting ca

Because Burlington is too cheap to pay their employees what they deserve. None of the good ones stick around because the pay sucks, corporate won't allow a well staffed store, and they could care less that they are getting robbed blind by their customers. They would rather them steal and claim insurance money on it, then pay for loss prevention. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Some days we don’t even get breaks. I worked 8 hours the other day with no break because corporate was there and we had to make it “look good” for them.

because they cut the employee hours or they hire young people with no work ethic. call out at the las minute or just don't show up. That is why!

The best way to find out for sure is to call the store.

The cashier is always supposed to count out each item in the Box as well as show the customer their purchases. Most of the time the customer forgets, so they Need to make Sure they are picking up the Right layaway items. Also counting the items makes sure that the customer is getting everything they originally purchased and are now paying for.

Because they don't hire talent they hire whoever they could get for less money

For any purchase being returned to the Store 30days After Pick Up; you will Receive the Mark Down Price. If you return the item 30 days prior to the return date on your Reciept, you'll Receive the dollar amount Thats on the Receipt in the form of a gift card for layaways

No purchase store. Only corporate.

The fitting room closes early so that returns can be placed back on the floor for shoppers the next day. The Store is being cleaned and each area closes at different times to ensure the store gets picked up and the workers are able to go Home.
